Dr Natalie Clarke practices in Cape Town as both a General and Aesthetic Medical Practitioner. She has over 20 years of medical experience, a Diploma in Child Health and has trained in Aesthetic Medicine under the guidance of top aesthetic medicine physicians and dermatologists in Cape Town.

She is comfortable managing a range of medical, surgical and gynaecological conditions that present in general practice, however over the years, Natalie has developed a special interest in Women’s Health and Wellness. 

Natalie has a particular affinity and passion for mental health and the emotional and physical well-being of women in transitional life stages: adolescence; new motherhood and the peri-menopause.

She believes strongly in encouraging women to honour themselves and their bodies, and aims for and advocates the early development of a safe and trusting doctor-patient relationship with young women. Thereby empowering women to confidently seek help and support, both medically and emotionally, throughout life’s transitions.

Natalie’s aesthetic practice ethos is to embrace and acknowledge the positive power and energy of the ageing process and supports women who choose to enhance their natural beauty through the use of aesthetic treatments of wrinkle-relaxing injections using Botulinum toxin and hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers. 

She has excellent collegial relationships with numerous specialists, across all disciplines, which ensures a broad referral base for expert clinical opinion when required and provides individualised, patient-centred care to all her patients

Natalie loves beautiful spaces, places and faces. She loves to have fun and to laugh. When not at work she loves to ride mountain bikes, dress up and drink champagne. Natalie considers it a great honour and privilege to have the opportunity to care for and help each and every patient who entrusts their healthcare needs to her.

I do not have an on-site receptionist
•    All appointments and follow-ups are booked on an online booking system RECOMED, via my webpage: www.drnatclarke.co.za
•    Any queries or requests for repeat prescriptions are to be emailed to: reception@drnatclarke.co.za
•    Please allow at least 24 hours for repeat prescriptions to be completed.

I run a “paperless” practice
•    After booking an appointment, you will receive an email confirming your appointment as well as a separate mail from the practice 
•    The practice mail will include a patient information form for you to complete and return via email
•    This will enable the capture of your information and creation of an electronic healthcare record for you prior to your appointment.
•    All personal demographic information is stored and saved digitally.
•    Personal medical information is password protected and accessible only by Dr Clarke, according to POPIA compliance and rules

I am not contracted to any medical aids and do not submit claims.
•    All consultation fees are to be paid in full after your appointment – card facilities are available
•    I will generate an invoice and statement that you are able to submit to the medical aid for reimbursement

What to expect when you arrive for your appointment:    
•    Parking is available underground in Library Square or over the road at Kingsbury Hospital.
•    My practice is on the 3rd floor in Library Square. Access the waiting room (room 317) through the glass doors from the corridor and please takea seat (there is no receptionist, but it’s peaceful and pretty!)
•    Please do not enter the consulting room through the solid white door from the waiting room until you are called.

•    GP Appointment times are scheduled for between 20-30 minutes. A consultation fee of R825 is charged
•    Appointments that extend beyond 30 minutes will be billed an additional medical aid- sanctioned fee of R450.
•    Well Women Appointments which include a PAP Smear are scheduled for 45 minutes. A consultation fee of R1550 is charged.
•    Aesthetic treatment appointments are scheduled for 1 hour during which treatment with botulinum toxin/ dermal filler will be administered.
